Having app problems? 
Many problems can be solved by restarting your device. Find the power button, press & hold to turn it off, wait a few seconds, then press again to turn it back on. 

Can't hear the sound?
Check the side switch on your device & make sure the orange "silent" dot isn't showing. Then adjust the volume using the up & down volume buttons, also on the side.
If sound was turned off in options on a book's title page, the top left back button on any page will give you a restart button which will automatically turn all options back on.

​Is it a sensory overload?
On the title page of each book, where you press play, there is a side bar on the right with 2 orange buttons. Tap the 2nd one to reveal options for turning off the sensory features- animation, sound and also WordTap so each word is not read aloud to you. (The Read to Me button will still read you the page at any stage when tapped.)
